Vegetable Box/Pocket 菜盒子

The following is a pan fried veggie box or pocket video. Both grandma and mom love to make it all year round with whatever vegetable available in the fridge. It is the holiday season, a time we miss our families so deeply. Well let's make something from home, Beijing China, to comfort the soul and tummy.

The version below is made exactly with what's left over in fridge. Hope grandma is happy seeing it from heaven or wherever she is now. 

Skin to make to pockets: 100g flour, 3g salt, 50g water, 20g oil. The filling is cut into little chunks and sautéed with oil and preferred seasoning. 

This box/pocket seems to be more crispy cooked on low-medium heat with just a little oil to coat the pan. It is down when it turns golden brown on both sides and smells very very good. Would you like a bite grandma?
